The Nordost Solar Wind Interconnect Cable "makes the connection" with a new level of high performance. The Solar Wind offers higher resolution, more detail, and higher speed than any other audio interconnect in this price class. The cable consists of 12 solid Silver-plated oxygen free copper conductors. Six conductors are used for signal and six for return. Each conductor has exactly 5 mils of Teflon extruded around it with very high precision spacing between the conductors. This results in an extremely high-speed cable with exceptional transient detail. The cable is made using Nordost's proprietary extruded Teflon technology.
