The K216 AFC headphones are real stress killers: optimised for speech intelligibility and with a balance control for individual left/right volume control, these headphones are your guarantee of comfortable television viewing. The open-back earphones ensure fatigue-free listening whilst at the same time enabling you to hear ambient sounds such as the telephone ringing. The K216 AFC uses radio frequency transmission, with an auto-tuning function to ensure the optimal transmission frequency is always used. The use of radio frequency enables you to move about freely in house or garden, because the signals penetrate walls and ceilings. Several headphones can be operated simultaneously from a single transmitter. The battery charger features a practical design, and comes complete with two high-performance NiMh batteries. Whilst one battery is in use, you can recharge the other one, providing non-stop listening pleasure. The K216 AFC also has an additional fast-charging slot where you can recharge up to three batteries at once. With no memory effect and no overcharging, the batteries give around four hours operation.
